The first Pittsburgh showing by the leading exponent of the Chinese "new
wave," featuring multi-media installations that employ calligraphy, Braille,
video and live animals. Panel discussions and a film series will complement
the exhibition, produced in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh
Asian Studies and Art History Departments and Pittsburgh Filmmakers.
